Change of Service Notice

Web.com and Constant Contact are changing our relationship in order to better serve our customers.

Effective immediately, you will no longer be able to access your Constant Contact E-mail Marketer account through your Web.com control panel, however your customer lists, e-mail campaigns, reports, and other data will continue to be available through Constant Contact.

Instructions for accessing your Constant Contact account are below:

Your Constant Contact email marketing functionality will be free of charge until December 4, 2009. Should you want to continue a relationship with Constant Contact beyond that date you will be asked to set up your payment information directly with them.

To access your existing account please take the following steps:

  1. Call Constant Contact Customer support at 866.289.2101, Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 EST
  2. Identify yourself as a Web.com customer
  3. A support representative will help you set up a Security Question and Answer, as well as provide you with a user name so you can re-set your password
  4. Once you have created your own password you will be able to login and access your existing account directly through Constant Contact until December 4th, at which time you can set up a method of payment or cancel.

All of the other services you have through Web.com will continue, and are not impacted by this change.
